The location of the hotel was quite convenient with local restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were friendly and the room service was efficient. the room was lacking some basic amenities like dental care kit and the breakfast was limited to few options only. the bathroom was clean, but could use some more toiletries. Despite these minor issues, the hotel had some good facilities like a gym and a pool, making it a decent stay for a short trip.
Our check-in process took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience.

The room service was amazing, and the staff really polite. I enjoyed the convenient location close to my business meetings. the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The check-in process was a complete mess and took a lot of my time, even though I arrived early. the complementary breakfast offered very few options, and the lack of dental care kit in the room was disappointing.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast. The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to transportation and parking facilities. The room was super clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping it clean throughout our stay. The hotel's facilities were great, and we were impressed by the various amenities provided.

During my Xmas stay, the staff at the hotel were very polite and provided prompt room service. The location was also very convenient as it was close to key areas of the city. there were a few complimentary features that I enjoyed.
The check-in process took longer than expected, despite arriving early. It would have been nice to have more options.
